Outcome: Internal Strength, healthier system from water replacement

Cycle 2: No Moe's
Segment 1: Financial; Physical
Dates: March 28, 2010-May 6, 2010
Outcome: Will power to not give into every temptation and addiction in life rather big or small

Cycle 3: Workout 3 times a week until 40 days is reached from 3 days counts
Segment 1: Physical
Dates: April 19, 2010-July 15, 2010
Outcome: Stronger Muscles, Increased Flexibility, Stronger heart from cardio and overall better health

Cycle 4: Not allowed to buy fast-food or food from restaurants Sunday-Thursday (Until 40 days reached counting only Sunday-Thurs)
Segment: Physical and Mental Health; Financial
Dates: May 23, 2010-July 15, 2010
Outcome: Learning to cook new healthier meals and gaining better understanding of the right foods I should eat in my daily diet. I will also save money. Creating a OneNote of all the new recipes tried out.

Cycle 5:  Read Bible Verses a minimum of 20 minutes every day
Segment: Spiritual; Mental
Dates:  June 02, 2010-July 11, 2010
Outcome:  Gain a better understanding of the Bible and apply it to my everyday life. Continue to read the bible every day even after the cycle ends.

Cycle 6: Give back to the community through different forms of volunteering at least twice a week
Segment: Mental; Social; Educational Development
Dates: June 29, 2010-September 04, 2010
Outcome: My life revolves around giving back. To whom much is given, much is required. Looking to enhance the community in any way possible.

Cycle 7: Outdoor Sprinting twice a week
Segment: Physical
Dates: July 13, 2010-November 13, 2010
Outcome: Healther heart and stronger muscles. Cardio is a must for a lifetime of good health:)

Cycle 8: No Shopping (Clothing, Shoes, Accessories)
Segment: Financial and Mental Health
Dates: March 09, 2011-April 23, 2011
Outcome: Increase my savings and decrease my desire to shop for unncessary items that are not NEEDS.

Cycle 9: Getting to Know Your Mate
Segment: Social
Dates: May 17, 2011-Ongoing
Outcome: Learn interesting facts about your mate; Strengthen your commitment and communication skills.
