Tuesday Tip: Having a Healthy Relationship!!

How HEALTHY is your relationship? And I'm not talking health in terms of how happy you are? I'm talking Health, Fitness! Make sure your mate is healthy if you want to enjoy them for several more years to come. Get regular physicals, eye exams, and dental checkups. When you have time, workout together or just go for a long walk or jog on a regular basis. The healthier you are, the happier you can be. So check on your mate today and find out just how HEALTHY your relationship is. Awareness is key!
